Direct answers on what we do, how we work, and how to start.
Grandfield Services is a Frisco, Texas consultancy that connects global trade and compliance platforms to ERPs, modernizes SAP interfaces, and implements business automation. We serve companies that run SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Sage or Salesforce, with senior consultants who have delivered these projects inside large corporations.
We integrate SAP S/4HANA and ECC with the leading trade compliance platforms, including Thomson Reuters OneSource, E2open, MIC and KYG. We design, build and test the master data, transaction and document flows the platform needs, and lead the implementation from requirements to cutover.
Yes. We deliver the same integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Sage and Salesforce. SAP is where we are deepest, and the integration patterns transfer to the other ERPs.
Yes. We review your requirements and ERP landscape and give an independent view of how each candidate platform will integrate, what it will cost to connect, and where the risks are. We do not resell software, so the advice is not tied to a vendor commission.
Yes. We assess the current interface, fix the root causes, and modernize it where the design is the problem. Most rescue work starts with a short diagnostic so you know the scope before committing to the fix.
Both. We build and modernize interfaces on ECC and S/4HANA, and we help teams on ECC prepare integrations that will survive the move to S/4HANA.
Yes. We work with the integration tools you already license and with open, API-based designs, and we use SAP BTP when it is the right fit. The goal is a clean-core design that survives upgrades, whichever middleware carries it.
SAP Document AI is SAP's service for extracting data from business documents such as invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes and feeding it into SAP processes. We have delivered Document AI projects at large corporations, typically starting with invoice and document processing in finance and procurement.
Repetitive work in CRM, finance and back-office operations: lead routing, quote-to-cash steps, invoice matching, reporting and data handling between systems. We implement and configure the automation tools and connect them to the systems you already run.
Yes. Senior engineers work embedded with your team as staff augmentation, project management, or a fully delivered project. Engagements flex from a scoped automation project to ongoing engineering capacity.
Specialization. A niche does not limit a firm; it concentrates it, and we concentrate on three lanes: global trade integration, SAP development and business automation. You get the senior people who have done the work, which is why professionals from large firms trust us with delivery.
Fixed-scope projects are priced on the outcome, embedded engineers and ongoing capacity are priced monthly, and short diagnostics are a fixed fee. We also work time and materials when that fits the client better. You get a written estimate after a discovery conversation.
Primarily remote, across the United States. Project travel and client visits are planned in advance for the phases that need them. Leadership is based in Frisco, Texas, and we deliver with Latin America-based teams when a project needs more capacity.
Book a call. We spend 30 minutes on your landscape and the problem, and tell you whether it fits one of our lanes and what the next step would cost.
Three documents, in order: a mutual NDA, a master services agreement, and a statement of work for each project. The MNDA lets us talk about your systems in detail, the MSA sets the standing terms once, and each SOW defines scope, deliverables and price. For a short diagnostic we can start on a single lightweight agreement.
Start with a mutual NDA, then bring us into client conversations. We act as the integration and delivery arm for software vendors, advisory firms and other consultancies, and we agree the commercial terms for each opportunity as it takes shape.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell you whether it fits one of our lanes and what the next step would cost.
